About EOS

Founded by Jonathan Wang in 2017, EOS is building a next-generation real estate investment platform based on a belief that kind and curious people with deep sector expertise will generate enduring outperformance. Our unique structure combines the benefits of a large investment institution with the entrepreneurial spirit and deep sector-level expertise of an emerging manager. Our experience across equity and debt structures allows us to be opportunistic across various market environments, and to remain flexible in deploying capital. All of this is underpinned by deep relationships, a highly selective investment approach, and a willingness to put in the work to untangle complexity across the investment landscape.

Founder's Story

The story of EOS – a video that documents the creation of EOS and who we are today - as told by Jonathan Wang (Founder and CEO), Tom Burns (Managing Director, Head of Acquisitions) and Simon Mais (Chief Executive Officer, EOS Hospitality)
Hospitality:

Our vertically-integrated hospitality investment strategy was what started it all; since inception in 2017, the hospitality team has grown to oversee $1.2 billion of AUM across a diverse portfolio of urban and resort hotels, managed by our in-house affiliate, EOS Hospitality . This strategy invests broadly across hospitality where we believe consumers continue to look for better offerings and unique experiences.

Residential:

Our newest strategy, launched in 2023, is led by CEO Nicole Sermier. Our Residential strategy builds on our thesis that sectors with long-term tailwinds are investable throughout cycles due to our disciplined approach and wide lens opportunity set. This strategy invests broadly across for-rent and for-sale housing including multifamily, single family for rent, senior and student housing. We believe the ongoing need for shelter provides secular tailwinds while our breadth of experience across housing categories and investment structures enables us to optimize risk/return at different points in the real estate cycle.
